You can return individual orders or even entire subscription boxes to Bespoke Post within 60 days for free. If you get a box you didn’t want, or you decide you don’t need an item from The Shop, you have 60 days to return it for a full refund. You don’t even have to pay for return shipping.

To get started, just use the prepaid label and return form included with your order. You can reach out to the Bespoke Post team if you’ve misplaced your label or return form. All returned items must be in original, unused condition. If you are returning a subscription box, you must return the contents of the entire box. Partial returns are not accepted.
